Mastering "Management"

For students who want to pursue further studies and research or for those who, having gone out into the world of work, want to upgrade their skills, we continually strive to provide postgraduate courses that can meet these goals. In order to enable students to efficiently continue to develop their knowledge and ability, we have developed a curriculum that links graduate courses to undergraduate studies. Moreover, through our teaching assistant ("TA") program, students have the opportunity to gain useful experience for their futures.

Graduate Course in Business Innovation
(the Master Course)

Coping with a Changing Business Environment
This graduate course was set up in April 2003 with the aim of coping with a domestic and foreign business environment that has continued to change drastically since the start of the 21st century. In order to develop innovators who take an international view of business and promote creative business, we try to develop studentsf practical abilities and leadership through internships and case studies at companies and self-governing organizations. Furthermore, as a"21st century business school," an MBA program has been established that can be adapted to the needs of foreign students or those who have gone out into the business world.
Practical Learning Through Cooperation Among Businesses and Universities
In developing the curriculum, the key words "global," "creative," and "innovative" played important roles. In addition to studying fundamental theory, students can choose a specialty from among eight areas of management and marketing. Moreover, one of the distinct features of our program is the opportunity to participate in practical learning through the cooperation between businesses and universities. Students can take part in domestic or overseas internships and cooperative research with companies or self-governing bodies.
