薬学部でインターンシップに参加している留学生が初めて大学を訪れた日に、留学生ピアサポーターの学生たちと一緒に、たこ焼きパーティーを開催しました。たこ焼きを作るのが初めての留学生も、楽しそうにたこ焼き作りに挑戦しました。「日本語で『おいしい』って何て言うの？」といった日本語に関する質問や、タイの大学生活についての話など、さまざまな話題で交流を深めました。


On their first day at Josai University, international students from Thailand participating in an internship program at the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences enjoyed a fun takoyaki party with our International Peer Supporters. For all of the Thai students, it was their first time making takoyaki. With guidance from the peer supporters, they enjoyed making their own takoyaki and experiencing this popular Japanese food. The party was also a great opportunity for the students to get to know one another. Conversations flowed naturally, ranging from questions about the Japanese language, such as “How do you say ‘delicious’ in Japanese?” to discussions about university life in Thailand and their experiences as students.
